2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us: Project quiz — when you complete our project quiz, we collect your name, email address, project type, business stage, and details about your project, timing, and scope. Chat assistant — our website uses an AI chat widget (Voiceflow) that may collect information you type into the conversation, such as your name, contact details, and questions about our services. Contact requests — if you email or call us directly, we retain that correspondence. We also use automated tools: Cloudflare Turnstile — used to verify that quiz submissions come from a real visitor rather than automated software. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser signals) to perform this check. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details on their processing. We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use the information collected to: Respond to project inquiries and quiz submissions Communicate with you about a potential or active engagement Operate and improve the chat assistant and quiz experience Maintain records of business correspondence We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third parties we work with

Voiceflow — powers the chat widget on this site. Cloudflare — provides bot-verification (Turnstile) for the project quiz. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain quiz submissions and chat/contact correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. It stores a single value in your browser, under the key tbx-consent, which records whether you accepted or declined analytics. Only this site can read it, and clearing this site’s data removes it and returns you to being asked. No analytics or advertising tag is present in the page until you accept one. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 is added to the page at that moment and sets its own cookies under google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com. If you decline, or never answer, it is never loaded. Three other services load only when you reach the part of the site that uses them, and each may set storage of its own: Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a quiz submission came from a person; the Voiceflow chat assistant; and the Calendly booking window. 8. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
